All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

2. Membership Terms

Membership benefits vary depending on the selected plan.

Members agree that:

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Memberships are non-transferable.

Monthly dues are non-refundable once processed.

Members must comply with all facility rules and staff instructions.

Almora Pro LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships due to:

Non-payment

Unsafe conduct

Damage to facility or equipment

Harassment of staff or participants

Violation of facility policies

No refunds will be issued for memberships terminated due to policy violations.

3. Scheduling & Attendance

Lessons, assessments, memberships, and facility reservations must be scheduled through our approved booking system.

Please note:

Availability may vary.

Late arrivals may reduce your scheduled session time.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Private Lessons

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit or reschedule.

Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session.

Camps, Clinics & Events

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may qualify for a refund or credit.

Cancellations within seven days are generally non-refundable unless approved by management.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

Members may cancel future renewals before their next billing date.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in baseball and athletic training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Struck or thrown baseballs

Bats or equipment

Physical contact

Slips, trips, and falls

Muscle strains

Overexertion

Equipment-related injuries

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with athletic participation.

6. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almora Pro LLC, its owners, instructors, coaches, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for:

Personal injury

Illness

Death

Property damage

Theft or loss of personal belongings

Accidents occurring on or off facility premises

Participation requires a signed liability waiver before using the facility or participating in any training activities.

7. Youth Participants

Athletes under 18 years of age must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians accept responsibility for:

The athlete's participation

Compliance with facility policies

Payment obligations

Medical authorization where applicable

8. Equipment & Facility Use

Participants agree to:

Use equipment only as instructed.

Respect all facility rules.

Immediately report damaged equipment.

Return borrowed equipment after use.

Individuals may be financially responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse.

9. Facility Conduct

To maintain a safe, professional environment, participants agree to:

Treat staff and other athletes respectfully.

Follow all posted safety rules.

Follow coach instructions.

Refrain from reckless or disruptive behavior.

Respect facility property.

Almora Pro LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior jeopardizes the safety or experience of others.

10. Photography & Media Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, participants grant Almora Pro LLC permission to use photographs, video, testimonials, and other media captured during training, events, or facility activities for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

Parents or guardians may opt out by submitting a written request.

11. Payment Authorization

By purchasing any service, membership, or event registration, you authorize Almora Pro LLC to charge the payment method provided for:

Membership dues

Private lessons

Camps and clinics

Player assessments

Merchandise

Applicable taxes and fees

Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of services.

12. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding:

Appointment reminders

Scheduling updates

Membership information

Facility announcements

Customer service communications

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, videos, training materials, and educational resources are the property of Almora Pro LLC unless otherwise noted.

14. Governing Law
