The Albert Almora Jr.’s VeloCity mobile application and online training platform are powered and hosted by Exercise.com, LLC.

When you create an account or use the VeloCity app, certain personal information may be collected, stored, and processed through the Exercise.com platform. Depending on how you use the app, this information may include:

-Your name, email address, phone number, and account details

-Athlete profile and questionnaire information

-Health, fitness, exercise, and workout information

-Training history, progress records, and performance data

-Uploaded photographs, videos, and other content

-Communications with coaches and staff

-Device, login, usage, and technical information

-Payment and transaction information processed through applicable payment providers

Exercise.com acts as a service provider and data processor for VeloCity by providing the technology necessary to operate the app, store account information, deliver training programs, communicate with users, process activity data, and provide technical support.

Exercise.com’s own collection, use, storage, and protection of information are also governed by its applicable privacy policy, terms, and data-processing practices.

Data Retention

We and our service provider, Exercise.com, retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the VeloCity app and related services, administer athlete accounts, maintain training and performance records, comply with legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

Account information, workout history, exercise history, health and fitness information, uploaded content, and training records may be retained while the user maintains an active account.

Following an approved account or data-deletion request, personal information will be deleted or anonymized so that it no longer identifies the user, except when retention is reasonably necessary or legally required, including:

-To resolve an outstanding payment, credit, complaint, claim, or dispute

-To comply with tax, accounting, audit, insurance, or legal obligations

-To maintain records relating to waivers, consent, safety incidents, or injuries

-To prevent fraud, misuse, or security threats

-To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

- When information remains temporarily stored in protected backup systems

Information retained in backups will be isolated from ordinary use and deleted through the platform’s normal backup-deletion cycle. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify a user may be retained.

Account and Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of their VeloCity app account and associated personal information at any time.

To submit a deletion request, users may:

-Use the account-deletion option available within the VeloCity app, when available; or

-Visit our account-deletion request page at [INSERT VELOCITY DELETION-PAGE LINK]; or

-Email [INSERT VELOCITY SUPPORT EMAIL] with the subject line “VeloCity Account Deletion Request.”

The request should include:

-The account holder’s full name

-The email address connected to the account

-The athlete’s name, when different from the account holder

-A statement requesting deletion of the account and associated personal data

We may request additional information to verify the requester’s identity and protect the account from unauthorized deletion.

Once verified, VeloCity will submit or process the deletion request through Exercise.com. The account and associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except for information that VeloCity or Exercise.com is permitted or required to retain for legal, financial, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Exercise.com’s data-processing agreement states that personal data will be deleted upon request, except where applicable law requires retention or where data remains in protected backup systems.

Information Affected by Deletion

A completed deletion request may remove or de-identify information such as:

-Account and profile details

-Athlete questionnaires and development goals

-Workout and exercise history

-Health and performance information

-Progress tracking and assessment records

-Uploaded photographs and videos

-Coach and athlete communications

-Training plans and activity records

-Other content associated with the user’s account

Deletion may permanently remove access to the app, training programs, videos, messages, assessments, progress records, purchases, and other account content.

Payment, tax, waiver, safety, dispute, and legally required records may be retained for the applicable retention period.

Requests for Minor Athletes

For an athlete under 18, a parent or legal guardian may submit an account or data-deletion request on the athlete’s behalf.

We may request information necessary to verify the identity and authority of the parent or guardian before completing the request.
